Important

Never place the Steamer directly on the heat source. The steamer always goes on top of a saucepan!

The glazes used in making le Steamer are composed of natural mineral raw materials such as silica, chalk, talc, kaolin, iron oxide... the glazes are vitrified in a potter's kiln at 2400°F/1300°C they contain absolutely no lead and are completely food safe.
