Delivery time

If your order is in stock it will be shipped within the week following reception of your payment and delivered in 5 to 10 days.

If the Steamer that you prefer is not in stock, it's in the process of being made. In both cases you will be notified by email of the estimated shipping date within 24 hrs of your order. The maximum delay is 5 weeks.

Everything is hand made here at "Terres de Chabrouillas". If additional production delays were to occur you would be notified immediately.

Your pieces are packed individualy with great care. All orders are double boxed (packed one box inside another). Each piece is shipped seperately.

Your order is shipped directly from our workshop in France via "La Poste - Colissimo". Delivery with signature.
